What experience or place would you say has influenced your personal style the most? Being French definitely shaped the way I dress, especially my love for tailoring and timeless pieces like a great blazer or a crisp white shirt. When I moved to Los Angeles, my style softened and my color palette expanded. LA brings a sense of ease and confidence, where comfort and individuality really matter. Today, my style feels more intentional, still very chic, but more relaxed and expressive.
What advice do you have for people looking to find their personal style? I always say: focus on what feels like you, not what’s trending. Pay attention to what you naturally reach for: whether it’s an oversized jacket or something more fitted, a midi skirt or a mini. Once you know what you like, figuring out how to wear it on your body is just a matter of styling. And if you’re unsure, look at the people whose style you admire and break down what they’re actually wearing.
You’ve worked across lookbooks, campaigns, PR showrooms, and now creative direction. How does that behind-the-scenes experience influence the way you build outfits today? Working behind the scenes taught me that fashion isn’t just about clothes, it’s about translating a vibe. The same T-shirt can look completely different depending on styling, hair, makeup, and attitude. My style is feminine but grounded with a slightly edgy feel, so when I wear something softer, like a floral top, I’ll usually balance it with denim or more structured pieces.
When dressing for travel or international fashion weeks, what do you look for in pieces that can move with you across cities and occasions? Versatility, always. I travel with a few hero pieces I rely on every season, like the Emma black cotton sweater, the Demi tank top, tailored trousers, and a white shirt. Everything needs to mix easily and transition from day to night with just a jacket or coat. I also like sticking to a cohesive color palette so getting dressed stays effortless.
Pre-spring is about lighter layers and thoughtful transitions. How do 525 America pieces elevate a wardrobe during this in-between season? They’re perfect for in-between weather. I love their knit tanks layered with cardigans or lightweight sweaters. Even adding a simple cashmere scarf can instantly make a look feel more polished without trying too hard.
How would you create a polished pre-spring evening look using 525 America staples? I would pair the black opal wool ribbed tank or the francesca button front cardigan with tailored trousers or a leather skirt, finished with a structured jacket. It’s easy, polished, and never overdone.
Which 525 America staple do you believe every woman should own as spring approaches, and why? A neutral sweater like the Emma crewneck. Easy to layer, It’s one of those pieces you’ll wear constantly, whether you’re at home, traveling, dressing it up or down.
Which 525 America piece do you see yourself wearing year after year, across seasons and life moments? The argyle cardigan. It’s preppy-chic and truly timeless. It’s the kind of pieces that transcends trends and season.
