If you used a discount code on your original order, we will automatically apply that to your exchange order.
▪ Print out the pre-paid mailing label and Return Authorization Slip. Include the Return Authorization Slip in your package and drop off at your local USPS.
▪ Please allow up to 10 business days from receipt of the item for us to process the return. If it's been more than 10 business days, please reach out to us at customer.service@525america.com and we will get you refunded right away.
